Food Mood Expert Trudy Scott is a nutritionist on a mission to educate and empower women worldwide about the healing powers of food in order to find natural solutions for their anxiety, depression and sugar cravings.

Trudy loves speaking to anxious and stressed women who are looking for life enhancing mood transformations that start with eating real whole food, using some pretty amazing nutrients and making simple lifestyle changes.  She also loves to present nationally to nutrition and mental health practitioners on food and mood, sharing all the recent research and how-to steps so they too can educate and empower their clients and patients.  She speaks locally to both small and big groups, she participates in telesummits, she's been interviewed on NPR and has appeared on Good Day Sacramento and Fox40 morning shows.  One of her most exciting speaking achievements is her hour long interview by Regina Meredith on GaiamTV.com.

Trudy is the author of The Antianxiety Food Solution: How the Foods You Eat Can Help You Calm Your Anxious Mind, Improve Your Mood & End Cravings (June 2011).  The publisher, New Harbinger, approached her to write a book after hearing her speak at the 2008 NANP Annual conference.   Being an author and speaking have allowed her to share her message with many more people and have contributed directly to the growth of her nutrition business.
