Nishanga Bliss, DSC, LAc, has been studying and practicing holistic health care for over twenty years and was awarded her Doctorate in Nutrition by Hawthorn University in 2014. Nishanga is an assistant professor of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, California where she also practices acupuncture, herbology, and nutrition counseling. She forages, grows, ferments, cooks, savors, studies, teaches and writes about sustainable food.
