Caroline will address the one natural tendency that most entrepreneurs have, that if not recognized and valued can be the biggest pitfall in business. She will share a couple of Jedi mastering mindset tools that help harness your natural super powers to help you think, function and perform naturally vs. feeling like you are going uphill without a paddle. Caroline will reveal two crucial business lessons that took her 4 years to embrace that contributed towards her professional growth.
Caroline Aslanian is a speaker, writer, and author of Fifty Shades of Grain: The Truth about Eating Bread and Feeling Great, an international best seller. She is a holistic nutrition educator and lifestyle coach as well as an experiential traveler who has studied different cultures, religions and diets with a mission to teach and inspire others through healthy habits and practices our ancestors used: all without eating deprivation, calorie counting, or yo-yo dieting.
She entered Hawthorn with enthusiasm to learn more deeply and challenge herself. Caroline completed the Scientific Foundations of Holistic Nutrition certificate program and plans to return to complete the Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition program. Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, majoring in accounting.
Caroline works in collaboration with Professor Michel Poulain, the top researcher of the Blue Zones; places around the world where Centenarians who as you may know are people that live over 100 years of age and exist with abundant vitality.
By observing women around the world who demonstrate longevity, Caroline is able to bring ancient wisdom into the modern world context. Her work focuses on helping women find their hormonal balance through her unique tested and proven process customized to meet each woman’s unique needs and lifestyle goals so she may become her best SELF.
Caroline wishes to bring balance into this world by helping one woman at a time.
