10/31/14 Please register now! Seats are filling rapidly.

Please join us on Tuesday November 4th, 2014 at 4 PM Pacific / 7 PM Eastern as we host Lyn-Genet Recitas, HHP, Sports Nutritionist, for a webinar entitled “The Plan:  Understanding Your Chemical Response to Food – Part I.”  Log on early at 3:50 PM Pacific / 6:50 PM Eastern for the pre-webinar announcement segment that will include a brief interview with Lyn-Genet.

The Plan is a method of finding the healthy foods that can cause inflammation, cause weight gain and hasten the aging process. Healthy foods like green beans, strawberries, salmon, turkey or oatmeal can trigger a biochemical cascade effect that affects your hormones, thyroid and immune system. These same foods can also negatively impact your weight as histamine and cortisol levels are raised causing a reactive response.

We are all chemically unique and our individual responses to food varies from person to person. Our digestion also changes as we age, digestive enzymes, stomach acid and saliva production decreases and this can hasten the aging process and disease. Identifying and removing the foods that do not support our health is vital for our well being.

This 2 part webinar will introduce you to ‘The Plan’, and describe how certain foods can provoke an inflammatory response. Participants will gain tools to learn more about their own unique biochemistry, and how to identify problematic foods that are producing symptoms.   With these resources you will have the information needed to thrive in health and vitality.

Lyn-Genet Recitas is the New York Times bestselling author of The Plan, a groundbreaking anti-inflammatory nutritional protocol. Her work has been featured on Dr Oz, Huffington Post and Fox News. She has been a holistic nutritionist for over 30 years studying nutritional therapy, holistic medicine, herbology, homeopathy, yoga and shiatsu. Lyn-Genet and her team at The Lyn-Genet Plan have helped hundreds of thousands of men and women find easy, effective ways to lose weight, improve health and reverse the aging process.
