In part one of this presentation on March 5th, David Crow discussed incorporating formulas of herbs and essential oil blends for digestion and detoxification for a wide range of uses. You may review Part One in Hawthorn’s Webinar Archives.

In part two, David Crow will address herb and oil blends for relaxing and for strengthening the nervous system. We will learn formulas for reducing stress and tension, tension headaches, nervousness and irritability, and stress related insomnia. Additionally, formulas for supporting cognitive functions, protecting the brain against toxins and aging, increasing memory and concentration, and enhancing learning capacity will be discussed. Many of these herbs and oils are also antidepressant and increase resistance to stress.

This webinar will be 75 minutes in length followed by a Q&A.

David Crow, L.Ac. is an acupuncturist and herbalist with over thirty years experience. He is the author of several books, including In Search of the Medicine Buddha, a book about his studies of Tibetan and Ayurvedic medicine in the Himalayas. A well-known lecturer in the field of natural medicine, Mr. Crow’s work is largely focused on the synthesis of botanical medicine, ecology and spirituality.
