Jill Maronde is a holistic nutritionist practicing in the Portland, Oregon area. She holds a Master of Holistic Nutrition degree from Hawthorn University as well as a B.A. degree in Psychology from The University of Puget Sound. Jill enjoys educating her clients on the connection between a nutrient-dense, whole-foods based diet and their well-being. She focuses on balance, variety and moderation and believes that eating well is a lifestyle, not a “diet”. Jill’s passion is helping others attain optimal health and the chance to live their best lives. She enjoys inspiring and motivating her clients to make favorable changes to both their long-term eating habits and lifestyle patterns and witnessing the positive results. She honors each person’s biochemical individuality, and is aware that no one dietary system is best for everyone. Review Combining Herbs and Essential Oils – Part One with David Crow, L.Ac.

Awareness of essential oils is growing rapidly, and combining them with herbs is a potent approach for healing. We are fortunate to have David Crow, L.Ac. teach us how to use them safely and effectively in this 2 part webinar, Combining Herbs and Essential Oils: Highly Effective Remedies for Common Health Challenges. In part one of this presentation David Crow discusses incorporating formulas of herbs and essential oil blends for digestion and detoxification for a wide range of uses, including: dyspepsia and indigestion, anorexia, hydrochloric acid imbalances and esophageal reflux, constipation, food poisoning and bacterial infections. Additionally, we will learn formulas for enhancing gentle, natural detoxification through the respiratory, digestive, urinary and lymphatic systems.

Glen Depke, Traditional Naturopath, tells us all about the study of traditional iridology and how the color, fiber structures and various other features seen in each of the irises reflect the individual’s genetic makeup and the strengths and weaknesses of their physical body.

This fascinating presentation on iridology addresses:

What the iris color and pigments tell us;
What lacuna in the iris are and what they mean;
