She has delivered successful programs that focus on engaging employees in both preventive and chronic condition management, resulting in both employees and employers experiencing the positive productivity and cost improvements that result from engaged, healthy, and happy employees. Her experience includes working with various sized companies, from small to global corporations, and developing solutions for employees who work on site, at home, and internationally. She believes that wellness is the cornerstone to achieving our life goals. As a result of her philosophy and personal experience working within corporations, she founded Open Circles, to provide effective solutions attractive to workplaces and individual consumers. In part one of this presentation on March 5th, David Crow discussed incorporating formulas of herbs and essential oil blends for digestion and detoxification for a wide range of uses. You may review Part One in Hawthorn’s Webinar Archives.

In part two, David Crow will address herb and oil blends for relaxing and for strengthening the nervous system. We will learn formulas for reducing stress and tension, tension headaches, nervousness and irritability, and stress related insomnia. Additionally, formulas for supporting cognitive functions, protecting the brain against toxins and aging, increasing memory and concentration, and enhancing learning capacity will be discussed. Many of these herbs and oils are also antidepressant and increase resistance to stress.

This webinar will be 75 minutes in length followed by a Q&A.

Did you know that traditional iridology, based on the study of the irises of the human eyes, dates back at least 3,000 years in recorded history? It’s true! Glen Depke, Traditional Naturopath, tells us all about the study of traditional iridology and how the color, fiber structures and various other features seen in each of the irises reflect the individual’s genetic makeup and the strengths and weaknesses of their physical body.
