Kyra Bramble is a plant-based chef, wild crafter, holistic nutritionist in training, and all around lover of all things edible. She sees food as a way to share her soul with the world as she believes that through food we learn about science, history, spirituality, and our own unique bodies. Her goal is to inspire others to respect and LOVE the food they put inside of themselves, and to diminish the dogmatic judgement attached to health food advocates. Her workshops present and break down original recipes that ANYONE — regardless of culinary experience and dietary habits — can make at home and enjoy. She is the owner and founder of More Pleaze and works as a holistic natural food chef food chef, yoga teacher, and special events caterer. She currently lives in the jungle on Maui. She has a Le Cordon Bleu degree from California Culinary Academy, a 1000+ hour SFHN certification from Hawthorn University, and a Wildcrafter Certification from Earth Medicine Institute.

Revisit Combining Essential Oils and Herbs with David Crow, L.Ac.

Certain essential oils can be combined with herbs for specific therapeutic benefits. In this presentation, David Crow returns and explores how essential oils and aromatherapy can be integrated with herbal treatments. David will help us to understand when and how essential oils and aromatherapy are a primary, adjunct or contraindicated treatment, to understand the compatibility or lack of compatibility of specific groups and species of essential oils and specific groups and species of herbs, and simple combinations of herbs and essential oils for specific therapeutic benefits.

David Crow is an acupuncturist and herbalist with over thirty years experience. He is the author of several books, including In Search of the Medicine Buddha, a book about his studies of Tibetan and Ayurvedic medicine in the Himalayas. A well-known lecturer in the field of natural medicine, Mr. Crow’s work is largely focused on the synthesis of botanical medicine, ecology and spirituality. Marjie Andrejciw has over 10 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in the clinical laboratory, and is well versed in interpreting and understanding the significance of laboratory testing. Through Seeking Health Educational Institute she is certified in two levels of Methylation & Clinical Nutrigenomics. She is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force. Having suffered from an autoimmune disease and genetic methylation imbalances, Marjie truly understands how challenging recovering your health can be.
